A Small Area Plan focused on streetscape, land use mix, design standards, historic preservation, code enforcement, recreation, and community branding for a historic neighborhood north of Downtown Lenoir.

PROJECT MANAGER: COMMUNITY SUSTAINABILITY ACTION PLAN
A Community Action Plan focused on Energy/Green Building, Food Systems, Green Economy, Livability, Solid Waste, Transportation, and Water under Green Works Orlando, City of Orlando's sustainability initiative. Public outreach included a mayor-appointed task force, 14 round table meetings with subject-matter experts, two public community meetings, and an online interactive community forum.

This vision plan uses a transect-based planning approach to prescribe appropriate massing for commercial redevelopment along the corridor, as well as ideas for future streetscapes, access management, and stormwater.
Plan developed with a citizen Task Force appointed by the Mayor and the district commissioners. Public outreach included targeted community meetings and a "Community Walkabout" to gather input on the corridor.
